Is your packaging recyclable?
We always strive to ensure our packaging is made with as many recyclable materials as possible. In fact, all of our body wash & shampoo bottles are made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR). There’s also a plastic number marked on all of our bottles, but please check with your local guidelines for best recycling practices.

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from one of our fulfillment centers across the US and Canada. We do not process and ship orders on weekends.

Can I cancel my order?
Our orders process almost immediately, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it. If your order has been shipped, we’ll work with you to return it once it arrives.
How do I add, remove, or swap items in my subscription?
Once logged in to your account it’s easy to make any adjustment to your order. Add or remove products, swap scents, and try out something new - the power is in your hands.
Can I pause, skip, or push back my subscription date? How far out?
You can log in to your account and click “delivery schedule” and then “skip!”
Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?
Absolutely! Just log in to your account and click “delivery schedule,” then “edit,” then “change delivery schedule.”
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just log into your account and you’ll see an option to cancel.
What happens if an item in my subscription order goes out of stock?
If you have an Out Of Stock item in your upcoming subscription box, we’ll pause your order and send you an email asking you to update your order. Once updated, we’ll then process and ship out your order!
How will I receive my exclusive perks?
We’ll send subscriber-only discounts, exclusive early access to scents, and more to your email!
How can I apply a coupon code or gift card code to my subscription order?
It’s easy to enter a code at checkout. And if you’re trying to use a code for an existing subscription, just log into your account and you’ll see a field to enter it in the payment section.
What are my payment options for a subscription order?
We accept all major credit cards for our subscriptions. Buy now, pay later options like Afterpay are ineligible. Each order is billed right before it ships!
When should I expect my subscription order?
Subscription orders ship every three months. You’ll receive an email three days before your order is processed so that you have time to make any changes to the products inside or pause your order. Shipping takes up to four business days after your order has been processed.

How much does shipping cost?
US Shipping Rates
Flat rate (3-5 days business days) is $15. For orders over $25 ground shipping is $5. Spend over $40 and ground shipping is FREE.
Canadian Shipping Rates
Flat rate (3-5 days business days) is $25. For orders over $25 ground shipping is $20. Spend over $50 and ground shipping is $5
Do you accept returns?
We accept product returns on all orders. Simply contact us for a return authorization and then ship products back to us for refund. For information about returning a product, contact us. Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the customer paid in USD, then they receive a refund in USD.
Do you ship internationally?
We have paused shipping outside of US and Canada during COVID-19 pandemic. A variety of reasons were leading to poor service so we paused this offering.
Are there any shipping exceptions for certain products?
Pressurized Dry Spray Deodorant, Shave Gels and Cologne are only shipped ground within the contiguous USA. They cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US PO Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
3-5 business days once your order has been processed.
Does your body wash contain SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfates)?
We don’t use SLS (Sodium Laurel Sulfates) in our formulas. Instead, we use a blend of coconut-derived surfactants that are gentle enough on all skin types, including sensitive kinds.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of our products are vegan, meaning they are made with zero animal derived ingredients. There are a few exceptions, though.
The following products are not vegan: Fiber Cream, Pomade, Styling Clay, Grooming Paste, Forming Cream, SPF Face Stick, Lip Balm, Age Defy Face Moisturizer, and Beard Balm.
Do you test your products tested on animals?
No way. We’re proud to announce that all of our products are certified as “cruelty free” by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Organization (PETA). We have never tested our formulas on animals and never will, nor do we commission anyone to do it on our behalf.
*We do not test on animals, our suppliers don’t test on animals, we don’t commission anyone to test on animals on our behalf, and we don’t sell anywhere that requires animal testing [like China]. We audit our supplier to ensure that they follow Good Manufacturing Practices and no animal testing mandates.
Are your products made in the USA?
Proudly! We formulate and manufacture all of our products in the United States, with the exception of the shave brush and razors, which are sourced internationally. More specifically, our manufacturing takes place at facilities located in Minnesota, California, Vermont, and Texas.
Are your products safe for kids?
Heck yeah! We take great pride in making products that are safe for everyone, kids included. From using naturally derived ingredients and staying away from harmful chemicals, to being cruelty free and using recycled plastic in our bottles.
