Our outdoor inspiration.

Started by our founder, Ritch Viola, in 2012, our Tri-Team has been bringing active, outdoorsy guys together to compete at the highest level in their sport.

80 ATHLETES.ONE MISSION.

Our team is made up of guys from across the US and Canada with one purpose - to spread outdoor inspiration to every corner of North America. And to set a blistering pace while doing it. When they're not peddling, paddling, or running in a race, you'll find them on the sidelines passing out cups of water and cheering on everyone else.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE

Our founder and fearless leader is as passionate about competing as he is about men's care. He brought his two passions together in 2011 when he raced the Hawaii Ironman in a custom Every Man Jack kit he had made for the event. He realized racing is more fun with a full team by your side, and the very next year the TriTeam was born.

TODD BUCKINGHAM: FROM “EVERY MAN” TO IRONMAN

Our Tri-Team includes some of the top age-group triathletes in the world, but few embody the Every Man Jack spirit more than Todd Buckingham. The 2022 USA Triathlete of the Year crushes events ranging from 5k all the way up to ultra-marathons. Then he washes his wins down with post-race cinnamon rolls. That's a man who knows how to enjoy to hard work.
