Ritch Viola

President and Founder, Every Man Jack

Ritch Viola created Every Man Jack in 2007 based on the idea that guys should have a simple and affordable way to get high-quality men’s grooming products. Today, EMJ is in Target stores nationwide with a loyal following of men (and women) who understand that great stuff doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. Before EMJ, Ritch helped grow Method from a start-up to a leader in its category, not to mention building national brands at Clorox. A former All-American swimmer at Cal, Ritch has recently leveraged his swimming background into the sport of triathlon. He lives in San Francisco with his wife Emily, daughter Abby, and his son Zach.

Todd Goode

2009 Every Man Jack Contest Winner

Todd Goode was the winner of EMJ's first ever search for EVERY MAN JACK and resides in Orange County, CA. Living the fast-paced life in the OC, Todd believes in a balanced and healthy life-style. Todd's dedication to this belief allowed him to take a bad report from his doctor and reverse every negative result he received. He achieved this through diet and exercise alone.

Todd works hard to provide a comfortable life for his family - but he always remains dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and his active family life. Husband, to his wife Lisa, and father of Bella and Roane - Todd has recently become a marathon runner. Todd ran the Santa Barbara International Marathon last year and more recently, the 2010 LA Marathon. Todd plans to compete in several more races in the coming year.
